The Alabama office is located at 3304 Suite C, US Hwy 80 West Plaza, Phenix City, AL 36870. It is open Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:30 am thru 6:30 pm with Tuesday and Thursdays being 8:30 am to 2 pm and we are accepting new patients.
We are 1/2 mile west of US 441/280 in Phenix City on US Hwy 80 headed toward Ladonia. At the first traffic light there is a Circle K/ Spectrum gas station on the right. We are in the plaza on the hill next to the Spectrum gas station.
